Where We Practice

At the Bryant Chavez Law Office, we can represent anyone who has criminal activity on their record that occurred in any county in Illinois. If you have moved and now live in another state, we can still help to clear your criminal record in Illinois, including attending any court hearings on your behalf.

If your criminal record requires executive clemency, you will need to be present for one hearing before the Prisoner Review Board. That hearing location alternates between Chicago and Springfield. Please contact us for more details on this process.
